Kaviar Gauche Debuts Spring 2020 Bridal Collection at Paris Fashion Week

The Spring 2020 Kaviar Gauche Bridal range is titled “The Crystal Collection,” and it is filled with all the sparkle and shine you can imagine. The collection, presented during the brand’s “10 Years of Bridal Couture” Paris Fashion Week celebration in France, features opulent detailing and romantic silhouettes that are sure to make a statement as you walk down the aisle.

In addition to a whirlwind decade in the bridal space, Kaviar Gauche fashion designers Johanna Kühl and Alexandra Roehler are also commemorating 15 years as a luxury German label this season, where they started in contemporary ready-to-wear.

“Inspired by festivals and celebrations from the great decades of glamour, Kaviar Gauche’s typical style is reflected in a modern look and in a new interpretation,” the brand shared in a press release. “French elegance meets the spirit of the avant-garde and skillfully breaks with the feeling of luxury and lived rebellion against the rules of classical dressing.”

“Floral metallic embroidery adds sparkle to the modern woman. In addition to silver glitter and pure silver as the main colourways for accessories, ivory, champagne and cream dominate the colour palette of the collection,” the label added. “Another classic from Kaviar Gauche is being upgraded this season: the metallic silver belt – worn as a belt bag at the waist and with extra-long fringing – is celebrating a comeback.”

The runway stunning pieces were accessorized with fine jewelry items done by Sabrina Dehoff and Saskia Diez.

The Spring 2020 Kaviar Gauche Bridal collection also boasts the line’s first bridal suit, an oversized silhouette in ivory complete with 70s-inspired flared trousers.

“Kaviar Gauche is focusing on oversize for the year 2020, literally freeing the bride from her restrictive corset,” the brand announced. “Wide sleeve accents and sculptural, wide swinging capes and kaftan pieces offer the modern bride of today a full range of choice when it comes to fashion, allowing the bride’s imagination free reign.”
