The Watters Bridal Fall 2018 collection “Âme Soeur” made its runway debut at New York Bridal Fashion Week this April, and it was a truly whimsical presentation filled with all the elements of classic romance. Each dress is sure to take your breath away – and be a crucial part of you telling your own love story.
According to a press release from the brand, this collection “is filled with artfully designed silhouettes for the effortlessly chic bride,” and “was inspired by love stories and named after the French term for soulmate. A true testament to love and two souls finding each other, the collection features numerous tokens of love, such as beaded bows inspired by love knots and Opal hues that pay homage to late night conversations between lovers under the moonlit sky.”
As an added romantic bonus to the runway presentation, one of the models walking in the show actually got real-life proposed to at the end of the catwalk! Model Nicole Kaspar was surprised by her boyfriend Chad Stapleton getting down on one knee to pop the question after she closed the show. Luckily, the new bride-to-be shared videos of the moment on her Instagram, so we can all swoon over this precious moment together.
Getting proposed to while already decked out in the dreamiest wedding dress around? And walking out of New York Bridal Fashion Week with a fiancé? If that isn’t the definition of “goals,” we don’t know what is!
