If Target somehow isn’t your favorite destination to load up on all your must-have home, beauty, and lifestyle essentials, well… we will just say you must not have been there in awhile. The popular superstore just keeps innovating new products and labels to keep the brand relevant to modern shoppers – and it’s all working pretty spectacularly. The latest in-house label to be announced is the upcoming Target Smartly line, which is about to change how you shop for your paper goods, kitchen, bathroom, and skincare products.
The debut Target Smartly collection, out this month, will consist of over 70 of your most-used everyday essentials, including budget-friendly body lotion, all-purpose cleaner, toothbrushes, paper plates, body wash, liquid hand soaps, razor blades, lunch bags, shaving cream, and more.
The best part of the Target Smartly line is that it is keeping affordability, value, and consumer needs at the forefront. All product prices range between $0.59 and $11.99, with most items in the line costing less than $2. Target boasts that these items cost roughly 70% less than similar products from competing national brands.
Of note? There’s even a four-pack of toilet paper available for only $0.99, which is likely to be out here changing lives.
“Where we see white space and an opportunity to bring Target’s guests something differentiated, we’ll go for it,” said Mark Tritton, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer for Target, in a press statement. “The introduction of Smartly to our owned brand portfolio is another example of how we are listening to consumers and bringing them differentiated solutions to make their lives easier. Smartly is affordable, looks great and most importantly, gets the job done.”
Target’s goal is to have us all keep coming back for the products we use most in our everyday lives, without spending a fortune to access good quality.
“Smartly products feature a variety of fragrances developed in partnership with master perfumers along with joyful, modern packaging that looks great on the countertop,” the brand shared in a press release. “Not only is Smartly well designed and affordable, but it truly is a brand that is reliable and works like it’s supposed to, delivering quality results so guests want to purchase time and time again.”
The Target Smartly collection will be available in stores or online starting on October 14.
These products and many more will be available through Order Pickup, Drive Up, or shipped through Target Restock.
