Selena Gomez is taking her partnership with Puma to the next level – and we all get to be a part of it! The 26-year-old singer and actress has previously designed two sneaker styles for the sportswear brand – with proceeds benefitting the Lupus Research Alliance. Now, Selena is releasing the first shoppable apparel and accessories line for her SG x PUMA collaboration. And yes, there will be more shoes to shop!
“The most anticipated collection of the holiday season is here, Selena Gomez and PUMA teamed up to create a one-of-a-kind assortment that has ‘strength’ stitched into every piece,” the brand announced in a statement.
“For her first collaboration with the brand, Selena Gomez uses the legacies of strong women from the past to create classic pieces for today’s girl,” the label added. “These women are strong in their passions, expressions, and how they want to leave their mark on the world. They are compassionate, but uncompromising. Fearless, but approachable.”
The name of the debut SG x PUMA collection is “Strong Girl,” a moniker inspired in part by Selena’s initials SG, and in part by the message she wants to share with her fans. According to the brand, Selena wanted to show girls that one of the most important qualities you can possess is “strength.”
The debut SG x PUMA collection is set to launch online on December 12.
In the debut campaign imagery for the SG x PUMA launch, Selena models several of her must-have beanies, leggings, hoodies, tees, and shoe designs. She is joined by many of her closest friends for her brand photo shoot, with all of the girls rocking different pieces from the sporty line.
“I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for my girlfriends,” Selena said in a statement.
Throughout the collection, there’s a cohesive black, white, red, and gray color scheme that makes each piece easily wearable and perfect for mixing and matching. All perfect for the gym and beyond.
