Design Rental Giant Rent the Runway Teams Up with West Elm

Rent the Runway made a major splash in the fashion industry after innovating its online designer garment rental service. Through its popular website, the brand made it possible to first, rent out a top fashion look for a special occasion, and more recently, subscribe to an ongoing service that re-imagines the idea of a modern wardrobe. Now, Rent the Runway has partnered with West Elm to introduce a similar experience in the home decoration space.

As a membership-exclusive perk, shoppers are able to change up their decor in an instant – and re-think the idea of owning all their home items – by renting out these bundles for living rooms and bedrooms. The packages arrive complete with bedding essentials, linens, decorative pillows, and more.

“We are making it easier than ever for customers to discover great design for their spaces,” West Elm president Alex Bellos said in a news release. “Each of our curated home bundles encourage subscribers to translate their playful and bold style to decorating, and allow them to experience West Elm’s original, modern products from the comforts of home.”
