This October season of New York Bridal Fashion Week kicked off with an enchanting wedding dress presentation of the Morilee by Madeline Gardner Spring 2019 collection. Stunning lace, classically elegant ball gowns, and intricate embroidery define this luxurious collection – which would suit so many different brides’ personal styles on their big day.
“Enter the gates into my Secret Garden filled with captivating beauty,” designer Madeline Gardner shared in a collection press release. “Inspired by delicate botanical shapes and details, this collection combines exquisite laces that have been sculpted into glamorous new silhouettes. Delicate beaded details that add a sun-kissed glistening glow, create depth and dimension to lush layers of soft, rose petal hues. Explore the hidden treasures each unique gown has to offer, enveloped in new lightweight and ethereal fabrics.”
The designer calls this Spring 2019 line “the dreamiest of collections, designed to embrace the spirit of each and every bride and highlight her natural beauty.”
Indeed, the season is filled with glamorous silhouettes and romantic, dreamy detailing. For the traditional bride, beaded bodices and lacey sleeves make up a significant portion of the collection. More bohemian-style brides will fall for the sparkling backless slip-style gowns.
And for the fashionista who appreciates the minimalistic aesthetic but doesn’t want to be boring, simpler styles in this line are accentuated with illusion necklines. Others feature regal and elegant off-the-shoulder straps that are simply stunning.
