You Need To Shop Miley Cyrus’ Sneaker Collaboration with Converse
From basketball games in the 1900’s to the must have staple sneaker in our closets, the vintage tennis shoe we’ve all come to love so much, just got a new makeover! That’s right, we’re talking about Miley Cyrus’ newest sneaker collaboration with Converse. After weeks of hinting a new partnership and teasing us with samples on social media, we are happy to say the Miley Cyrus Converse collection is finally here and we couldn’t be more excited!
The “We Can’t Stop” singer is full of life, personality, and spunk – and she wanted to create a collection that was not only true to herself, but the many versions of herself and fans as well. In the release of her newest campaign photos, Miley featured some of her biggest fans to help her sport the newest looks in her collection. With a variety of different personalities pictured in the campaign she was able to capture different styles to suit everyone. As an active advocate for the LGBT community, Miley made sure to include her fans of different genders, orientation, and background to be able to rock these new chucks: “No age, no gender, no sex — I wanted everyone to feel included,” the 25-year-old said about her line.
The Converse brand is also reputable for their diverse culture and inclusivity of everyone. It’s no surprise that the Miley Cyrus Converse collab would fit perfectly together.
Miley combined her personality and quality that fans love to give us a collection full of fun, sparkles, and edge. Featuring Chuck Taylor’s High and Low, some adorned with a bandana print graphic, glitter, and others with regular and exaggerated platform. But these sneakers are not the only things to make a debut May 2, 2018, her line of apparel including hoodies, tracksuits, dresses, hats, and backpacks will also be available for sale. We can’t wait to slip into a pair of one of these babies!
