Walt Disney would have been so proud. Mickey Mouse – the face of Disney for nearly nine decades – is now the face of skincare brand Kiehl’s ninth annual Holiday Collection this year. Coincidence? We think not. The best part about this collection? One hundred percent of the proceeds will be donated to Feeding America – a non-profit organization whose mission is to feed millions of less fortunate people all over the U.S. Mickey’s joyful disposition is the perfect choice for this brand and their worthy cause this holiday season.
Believe it or not, this is not the first time Mickey Mouse has modeled for beauty products. Korean beauty brand The Face Shop, created a Disney themed beauty line this past April. The line included Mickey Mouse lip tints, as well as, products featuring other beloved Disney characters – like Sleeping Beauty sheet masks and Donald Duck concealer. Mickey Mouse doesn’t have to share the Kiehl’s spotlight with his gang this holiday season. It’s his time to shine… or moisturize I should say.
Kiehl’s 2017 Holiday Collection includes a scented hand cream set of three, grapefruit whipped body butter, the hydration essentials gift set and the Calendula facial kit. Pictured below is the Hydration Essentials Gift Set which can be considered the crowd-pleaser because it contains all of Kiehl’s best selling items. The set consists of Crème de Corps, Ultra Facial Cleanser, Ultra Facial Cream, Ultimate Strength Hand Salve and Lip Balm #1. There is no way your skin will dry and crack with Kiehl’s this holiday season. Mickey Mouse has made sure of that.
