Fenty Beauty’s Highly-Anticipated New Highlighter Will Give Back To a Great Cause

When Rihanna announces a new drop for her Fenty Beauty cosmetics line, we sit up and take notes. Though the star wowed us with her incredible Moroccan Spice collection for Summer 2018, she just surprised us with an unexpected new launch reveal that has a great story behind it. The latest Fenty Killawatt highlighter shade, Diamond Ball-Out, is launching this August – and will be giving back to a cause close to the artist’s heart.

One hundred percent of proceeds from the sales of the silver-hued new product will be donated to the Clara Lionel Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Rihanna herself that supports emergency response efforts globally and advocates for the right to education for children around the world.

Though an exact price hasn’t been named, we expect Diamond Ball-Out to retail for $34, like the line’s other Killawatt Freestyle Highlighters.

Rihanna has previously found creative ways for her fans to stylishly support the cause, like creating a special merch line with Parsons students to benefit the foundation. This is the perfect excuse we needed to indulge ourselves in another dazzling highlighter from the Fenty Beauty collection. We imagine this one will look incredible on our vanity table alongside the bestselling gold highlighter, Trophy Wife.

The Fenty Killawatt shade Diamond Ball-Out will drop exclusively on Fenty Beauty’s website on August 1, 2018.

The brand has yet to reveal if this will be a limited edition launch, or if it will eventually be part of the permanent collection available more widely, at retailers like Sephora and Harvey Nichols. Either way, be sure to set your alarms – as we’re sure it will be an instant sell-out.
