This holiday season, social media giant Facebook is launching its first ever retail pop-up, inside select The Market @ Macy’s stores nationwide. From November 2018 to February 2019, shoppers will be able to connect to small businesses and otherwise web-only e-commerce brands at this special in-store event. In Pittsburgh, PA, shoppers can find the store at the suburban Ross Park Mall location.
“Every day, millions of people discover brands and products they love on Facebook and Instagram. This holiday season, we’re excited to bring the magic of this discovery into Macy’s retail stores,” Facebook shared in a company blog post. “We’re opening our first small business pop-up concept in nine Macy’s locations across the United States to bring 100 of the most-loved small businesses and digital-native brands on Facebook and Instagram into retail stores for the holiday shopping season.
Brands like Love Your Melon, Bespoke Post, Two Blind Brothers, and Charleston Gourmet Burger are all set to be featured.
This holiday pop up will also take place at locations in New York City, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, San Antonio, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle.
