A sweet and bright pop-up museum is headed to the Bay Area! Candytopia San Francisco will be taking over 767 Market Street for a limited edition run, and you won’t want to miss the chance to snap photos here! The interactive (and Instagram-ready!) exhibit will feature a marshmallow pool, a festive confetti room, candy sculptures, photo-friendly backdrops, and more fun stops.
“Explore our sprawling sanctuary of confectionary bliss, tastefully curated by Hollywood Candy Queen Jackie Sorkin, realized by master fabricator Zac Hartog, and brought to life by life-long retailer, John Goodman,” the event shared on its website. “This four-month interactive art installation celebrates the vibrant colors and flavors of our favorite sugary delights across over a dozen environments, from flying unicorn pigs to a marshmallow tsunami. Bring your family, your friends, and your sweet tooth for an experience like none other!”
Tickets to Candytopia San Francisco cost $34 for adults, $26 for kids ages 4-12, and are free for kids under age 3. Passes will be on sale starting on August 1.
Your price of admission earns you access to over a dozen sweet-themed rooms plus a variety of candy samples like “sours and gummies, chocolate treats, nostalgic favorites, and many sweet surprises,” according to an event press release.
The hours of the pop up will be Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 8:30PM, and Sundays from 11AM to 8:30PM.
