What better way to spend Mother’s Day Weekend then enjoying the Pike Place Market‘s annual Flower Festival together? This family-friendly, free event will be exhibiting in Seattle, Washington for the May 12-13, 2018 weekend – and you won’t want to miss out!
“Bring the whole family to enjoy and shop for flowers, produce, and specialty products from more than 40 Washington state farmers from King, Snohomish and Whatcom Counties,” Pike Place Market announced on their website. “In the early morning hours, tents will be set up on the west side of the cobblestone street of Pike Place to showcase the farmers’ abundant bouquets of tulips, daffodils, irises and peonies. Browse the tents and watch the farmers carefully arrange the flowers, pick up a bouquet or two and enjoy shopping and dining at the Market.
In addition to the Flower Festival, Pike Place Market is hosting more Mother’s Day-themed events. “For those daughters looking to get creative with their mother, the Market’s Atrium Kitchen is hosting a Mother’s Day cooking class with Cucina Casalinga on Sunday, May 14 from 4 to 6 PM,” the venue shared.
