The Meatpacking Business Improvement District will be celebrating its 6th annual Harvest Fest, an outdoor artisanal market and seasonal festival, on Saturday, November 3. The fun, free, and open-to-the-public festival, filled with live music, food and drink, shops, and activities, will all be going down at Hudson River Park’s 14th Street Park at 10th Avenue in New York City.
Activities scheduled for this year’s kid- and dog-friendly festivities include a VR experience, dog costume contest, “trick or treat” bag making, DIY crafts, dance class, face painting, Himalayan dog blessing ceremony, mini massage, facial treatments, and more.
Local businesses confirmed to participate in this year’s Harvest Fest include Chelsea Market Baskets, Exhale Spa, Caudalie, Sephora, Lord Jameson Dog Patisserie, Rubin Museum of Art, Paper Source, Kikkerland, The Joyce Theater, Whitney Museum, Redbird, Google Farm to Table Group, and Samsung 837. Retail stores Alice + Olivia, lululemon, Artists & Fleas Madewell, Friend of a Friend Studio, Marcus, and Theory will also be on-site.
Taking care of the event’s presence of food and drinks – like pumpkin spiced churros, Mexican hot chocolate, stuffed brownies, homemade breads and jams and more for sale and sampling – will be Fig & Olive, Sherry B Dessert Studio, Günter Seeger NY, Toro NYC, The Standard Grill, Kobrick Coffee, Dos Caminos, Santina, Old Rose, Le Pain Quotidien, and High Street on Hudson.
