We’ve all been there: we have gushed over the lookbook of one of our favorite designers, falling head-over-heels in love with several pieces in a range. But then reality sets in, and we realize we have absolutely nowhere to wear these dazzling and glittering outfits out. Not that we always need an excuse to be our best-dressed selves, but sometimes it helps justify a big purchase. Designer Veronica Etro knows that a huge void in most of our wardrobes is where we want elevated everyday wear – which is where the Etro Pre-Fall 2018 collection comes in.
In our everyday lives, we tend to wear a lot of trousers, leggings, and denim styles. But we’re tired of them looking boring, when designers’ collections are filled with so many creative options. So when Etro revealed their latest collection lookbook, we were overjoyed to see it rounded out with the kind of garments we could wear to work, out for dinner, relaxing on the weekend, or anywhere in between.
“I want nonchalance, easy things not just for night,” Veronica Etro said, explaining that her own personal shopping habits influenced this wearable line.
The collection’s kimono-style jackets can be easily added to any outfit to add a touch of glamour, while perfectly-tailored coats and flared denim make up our dream weekend wardrobe. Printed dresses from this line are also extremely versatile, and can be dressed up or worn more casually.
