Caroline Wozniacki Launches Eyewear Collection with OVVO

Tennis pro Caroline Wozniacki has officially collaborated on her very own eyewear range! The 2018 Australian Open champ developed sunglasses frames with the Polish optics brand OVVO. Her stylish frames are available in four styles for men and seven for women, and they come in three colors per style.

“The C. Wozniacki + OVVO Collection merges statement-making style with technological advancements, including OVVO’s patented screwless-hinge and signature lightweight construction, for increased comfort,” the brand announced in a press release. “Inspired by Grand Slam champion’s fierce playing style and ability to mix it up on the court, the collection includes a diverse range of frames that will work for any age, personality and occasion.”

Caroline didn’t just put her name on existing OVVO shades: she worked directly with the brand’s European design team to create slick and modern designs meant for all-day wear.

“Just like designing a pair of glasses, the key to a successful game is to start with a solid foundation and then spend time perfecting your craft,” OVVO co-founder Margareta Augustyn shared in an official statement. “We were inspired by Caroline’s strong sense of self, her competitive spirit and her commitment to being the best. Teaming up with her has been a perfect match.”

With frame names like “Roger,” and “Anna,” we even spy the athlete honoring some more iconic tennis professionals with this collection! But even though the shades are sporty, you don’t have to be an industry-leading athlete to work these frames into your accessories wardrobe.
